Last year, Seppi, to celebrate the 20th anniversary of his Cellar, invited his friends and clients to a memorable banquet (see our archives). Nostalgia for this happy occasion prompted him to propose a reunion at the estate (20 rue de la Vallée, in Soutzmatt) on Sunday 3 August 2003. A hundred people took up the invitation and found themselves under a marquee in the courtyard of the estate Towards midday, Seppi began a Riesling tasting. Bottles presented: |
